Sports Performance Training

Sports Performance training can vary depending on the athlete and the sport however, the following principles are included all throughout each variation of programming:

  • Speed- Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral movement techniques, Running mechanics and Footwork

  • Explosive Power- Olympic lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine ball work, Jumping and Landing techniques

  • Strength- Focus on upper body, lower body, and core strength

  • Conditioning- Game ready preparation for all Athletes

  • Flexibility- Soft Tissue work including Foam Rolling, Stretching and Mobility

  • Injury Reduction- Identify and correct muscular imbalances, Balance and Stabilization

    Each one-hour session will be structured with the following format:

  • Sessions will begin with soft tissue and mobility tailored to your specific needs

  • A dynamic warm up to rise body temperature to prepare you for your workout

  • The workout will incorporate functionally sound movement training, strength training, and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper techniques

  • The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered
