TFP offers adult specific training, this training includes the following features:

  • Personalized programming structured to help you move better and feel healthier

  • Coaches will demonstrate and instruct you on how to perform exercises correctly

    Each one-hour session will be structured with the following principles:

  • Sessions will begin with soft tissue and mobility tailored to your specific needs

  • A dynamic warm up to rise body temperature to prepare you for your workout

  • The workout will incorporate functional total body exercises that ensure well rounded strength

  • The workout will conclude with a conditioning portion that is based on your individual goals
